What is Düsseldorfer Ölmanufaktur all about?

The small manufacturing workshop in the north of Düsseldorf produces 14 delicious native organic cooking oils. From A for apricot seed oil to H for hemp seed oil to W for walnut oil – the delicious gourmet oils are cold-pressed with a lot of manual work from 100% certified organic seeds.

Tasting the manufactured oils is quite an experience! There is no external heat supply during the production, so the valuable ingredients of grape seeds, mustard seeds, linseed, etc. are retained as much as possible. The oil outlet temperature is consistently below 40 degrees Celsius so that the oils correspond to the “raw food quality”. The oils are also filtered by hand in a complex process – the result is the stunning, pure taste of what is processed.
